We self-deliver Okanagan orders ourselves, not through a third-party carrier — that's why our local minimum stays this low.
Free-freight minimums by zone
Once your order reaches the minimum for your zone, we cover freight in full. Below the minimum, freight is calculated at checkout — never a flat surcharge.

What doesn't count toward the minimum
Bulk and oversized items — growing media and soils, fertilizers, and electrical supplies — along with anything classified as dangerous goods, are excluded from every free-freight threshold above. Freight on these items is calculated separately regardless of order size, since they're priced by the carrier on their own weight and handling requirements rather than order value.
